Custom embedded electronics and firmware design
We design the electronics that go inside industrial products: from schematic and PCB to firmware and production. For equipment manufacturers that need a reliable, connected electronic brain with long-term support.
What we do
- Hardware: circuit and PCB design, isolated industrial inputs and outputs, robust 12/24 V power, DIN-rail mounting or integration into your mechanics.
- Sensing: sensor integration —temperature, pressure, air quality, light— with conditioning, filtering and calibration.
- Firmware: full development on microcontrollers (ESP32 and ARM families), control logic, user interfaces, data logging.
- Connectivity: Ethernet, WiFi, 4G/LTE, Bluetooth. Industrial protocols Modbus RTU/TCP and MQTT. Integration with your platform or the cloud.
- Over-the-air updates (OTA): your product improves after it ships, with no site visits.
- Certification: CE/EMC-oriented design from the first schematic, with pre-certified radio modules.
Replacing the PLC with your own electronics
Many industrial products are built today on a commercial PLC: it works, but it makes every unit more expensive and connectivity costs extra. Embedded electronics designed for your product do the same job, integrate IP or 4G communication as standard, and turn that cost into margin. We design those electronics and manufacture them for you.
Ongoing engineering, without an in-house team
If your company builds products but cannot create or retain an electronics department, we work as that department: we evolve your design, manage component obsolescence and guarantee board supply throughout the product’s life.
